Knights to Open Playoffs at Ventura

The Knights won the IEAC championship for the second year in a row after going an undefeated 6-0.
Hunter Lynch, the IEAC Athlete of the Year, won the IEAC singles championship at last week's conference tournament and also claimed the IEAC doubles title along with his twin brother Thomas.
Head coach Brandon Lupian was named IEAC Coach of the Year for the second straight year after leading the Knights to back-to-back conference titles. He now has three Coach of the Year awards overall since 2017.
The Knights enter the postseason having won nine of their last 11 matches. They went 10-4 overall this season, which is marks the third year in a row that they have reached at least 10 wins.
Ventura went 13-9 and have lost two in a row.
The Knights have not played Ventura since March 6, 2020.
The winner of Tuesday's match will advance to play either No. 1 Irvine Valley or No. 8 Santa Barbara on April 14.
