For the first time in team history, the San Diego City College women's basketball team completed the PCAC South season with an undefeated 8-0 record after dispatching Southwestern, 76-67, on Valentine's Day.

The Knights blew a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter, but recovered in the closing minutes and hung on to defeat Grossmont, 51-47, for their third win in a row and their fifth in the last seven games.

The San Diego City College women's basketball team started its defense of the PCAC South title with a much-needed 77-49 home victory over Mesa on Wednesday. A season-high six Knights scored in double figures, including freshman forward Mariah Wonders who put in a team-high 15 points and 12 rebounds.
