KNIGHTS SET TO PLAY CERRITOS IN 1ST ROUND PLAYOFF

The San Diego City College women's tennis team has qualified for the playoffs as the No. 8 seed in Southern California and will travel to play No. 1 Cerritos College on Tuesday, April 10 at 2 p.m.

The Knights, led by Head Coach Jami Jones, will go into the playoffs having won their last three matches and nine of the last 10. They finished 13-5 overall and earned second place in the PCAC with an 11-2 record. The Knights also went 13-5 last year and had a similar 11-3 conference record. 

The winner of Tuesday's playoff against Cerritos (21-1) will play either Irvine Valley (12-3) or Santa Barbara (14-4) on Tuesday, April 17.
