Palomar put up four runs in top of the first, but the Knights responded with eight runs in the first four innings on their way to a 10-5 home win over the Comets. Gabe Jones went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, his first of the season, and Connor Stewart hit three singles in four at-bats with four runs scored.

Knights Off To A 2-0 Start in the PCAC

San Diego City is off to a great start in the PCAC after getting back-to-back wins over Mesa, including Saturday's 7-1 victory, to improve to 2-0 in conference and 7-6 overall. Three different Knights hit home runs in the first two innings on Saturday, including Justin Kerby, Jackson Huntley, and Drew Lazor.

Knights Win 3rd Straight, 9-5, Over Compton

The Knights were only up a run going into the bottom of the seventh, but they were able to score five runs in that inning and went on to defeat Compton, 9-5, to earn their third consecutive victory. First baseman Justin Kerby went 3-for-5 with one RBI and designated hitter Cruz Mujica went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs as the Knights improved to 4-3.

Knights' Offense Explodes for 16 Runs in Home Opener

The Knights put on a show in their home opener on Friday as they beat L.A. Harbor, 16-1, with Santiago Gomez earning the win after pitching six shutout innings. Catcher Connor Stewart went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs, and first baseman Justin Kerby went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and two runs.
